Toppings go on a burger but as our beef burgers are handmade to order we can put stuff you’d like in them too. So, if you would like them made in a particular way, say spicier, or with some herbs, or maybe you have an idea you’d like to try, just let us know and, if we’ve got it, we’ll put it in it or on it.

(V) Both our vegetarian main course dishes are also be vegan (less any cheese topping which can be withheld). Please tell us when you order if you are vegan. Our desserts are not vegan at present, but we do have vegan ice cream, as well as dairy ice cream.

All our main courses are cooked on the premises and we use local ingredients wherever possible.

Our meat is sourced from either William Lloyd Williams Butchers, Machynlleth, Bow Street Butchers, Bow Street, or Rob Rattray, Butcher, Aberystwyth.

Our chocolate dessert is cooked in house and the tatin is cooked for us by local caterers in Pantperthog.
